We specialise in curating a diverse portfolio of captivating artwork, ranging from established pieces to unique commissions. Our mission is to connect emerging talent and established artists with professionals in the TV and film industry, facilitating seamless clearance processes and elevating productions to new heights.

HOW IT WORKS
FOR ARTISTS
Express Interest: Send us an email indicating your interest in hiring out your artwork. Include images of the pieces you're considering, along with their measurements and valuations.

Submission Documents: Once we receive your email, we'll send you the necessary documents to submit your artwork and provide further details. This will help us determine how much you could potentially earn from hiring it out.

Arranging Collection/Delivery: If your artwork is an original piece, we'll arrange either collection or delivery. For digital artwork, please send us a high-quality digital version.

Listing on Website: Upon receiving your artwork, we'll list it on our website alongside your artist profile.
​
Cost Calculation: When someone expresses interest in your artwork, we'll provide them with a cost for the hire period.

Clearance Form: Once the artwork is hired, you'll be sent a clearance form to sign, indicating your approval of the usage.
​
Sending Artwork: We'll handle sending out the artwork on your behalf to the production. Ensuring the art is properly insured.
​
Invoice Submission: Following this, we'll request an invoice from you for the amount we owe you.
​
Payment Process: Payments to artists are processed on the last Friday of each month. As soon as we receive the money from the production, we set up the payment process, and get you paid for your art.
FOR SET DEC
Browse Website: Take a look at our website and add the pieces you're interested in to your basket.
Request Artwork: Send us a request for the artwork you're interested in, including the hire period and whether you'll be collecting it or need it delivered.
Acceptance of Hire: If your desired piece(s) are available we will accept the hire and inform the artist of your hire.
Clearance Form Submission: Send us the clearance form from your production, with any relevant details filled in.
Artist Clearance: We'll work with the artist to make sure they are happy with the context of your shoot and terms of hire and send you back signed clearance forms.
Payment: Pay for the hire period - prior to collection.
Artwork Collection: Finally, collect the artwork from our warehouse. Or we will get them delivered.
Return Artwork: At the end of the hire period, please return the artwork to us in the same condition that it arrived in.
