Julie Joy

Open hearted, Julie strives to create art that depicts a strong depth of emotion and is an explorative, versatile impressionist and abstract painter, utilizing oil and acrylic mediums. She likes to get out of the studio and convey the emotion of her subject matter by traveling and painting outside. This lends a fresh emotion to her lighting and color that is always in a constant state of change.
Julie’s art is a balance between the emotion of the subject matter and her own heart. Walking in nature prepares her for the day’s painting session.
